As a new tenant, I have dealt with only one employee, Lori. I hope she is indicative of the other employees and the company: she arrived exactly on time, was knowledgeable and efficient, and helped me obtain precisely what I wanted.

Ive been here a few months , seems nice . Clean property and secure. The only thing i dont like is that ive gotta get out to push key pad....in and out. Thats not very customer friendly in todays tech world. Atleast have it be able to ac t ivate from my phone via an app or install pressure pads on exit side, and new key pads that allow me to access from my drivers seat

Security is a major issue. Break-ins are on the rise. Doors are/have been broken for well over a year. The building is infested with rodents as a result. I interrupted someone cutting a lock. He left the building shortless with bolt cutter and bad of tools in one have and a syringe in the other. Meanwhile rents keep climbing. The rats are enjoying my possession while I pay their rent.

My unit was recently broken into for the second time. Interestingly, no other units besides mine seem to have been broken into, and interestingly I just happened to have stored some boxes in the unit - empty boxes of high-priced electronics. No one else was around at the time I stored them, so my guess is that someone who works here saw security footage of me storing those boxes and thought they could score some high-value goods. Add to that the fact that they constantly raise the rent of current customers well above what they charge new customers, and I have to recommend that you look elsewhere, as I am now doing.

Storage units are a rip off (unless you own it) do yourself a favor buy a self contained trailer 8x14 appox (if you have a place to keep the trailer) you'll save a amazing amount of $

Latricia, Lori, and Sarah are the reason I haven’t thrown all my junk away and moved to Thailand!! There playful banter and comedic personality’s gives me one more reason to wake up in the morning!! These people provide bad customer service, bait and switch tactics, old worn out doors, broken promisess and huge rent increases after only 5 months. They are in a convenient location and have good security but that's ALL THE GOOD ABOUT Them!!!!. Use them if you are desperate for storage in and around Edmonds and are going to be a short term renter.. I found better options after doing some research

This storage facility needs a lot of TLC. The office was not inviting at all. Cement floors nothing on the walls. Very cold. The grounds and units were unkept and in disrepair. It looked abandoned from the road. Employee was great very nice and helpful.

Space is clean, app makes access super easy and management is fantastic. The day I moved in I needed to switch spaces. Lori and Sarah were incredibly helpful and worked with me to get into a new space within minutes!

I'd like to know what the heck happened to this storage property? When we first moved our stuff here it was well kept and the staff made a point of keeping a eye on things. Now it's a dump plus our unit was broke into and the cameras don't work even

Storage facility do not have cameras pointing at the units only down the driving corridors which do not protect them when the gate is open regular hours. People break into units between the hours that the gate is open and the office is not open. It's totally ridiculous. If the cameras do not work, like I've heard, that is against the law, it gives the public a false sense of security and that can be a reason for a lawsuit.

Terrible customer service from corporate. Non existent communication from corporate. Can not pay my bill by phone because they've witten down the wrong driver's license information for my confirmation. Constant rate hikes. Horrible security system. My unite was broken into. Police were disgusted to find no working camera where the jerks entered. Attorney General of Washington is involved in this shady company. Anyone with similar problems please contact the Attorney General of Washington.

No good. MANAGER DOESNT CARE. 2X STOLEN STUFF. One time for over 3000$ they know who is this but they don't do anything! And letting the same people broke into again and again.

This is my worst experience ever with the storage unit I rented a storage unit for two months at this place. Most of my electronic was stolen. Even my clothes was stolen. So we talked to the office and they give us the district manager number his name is AL ALLEN and we tried to call another district manager her nam MARINA but no one answers. So if you're looking to have your stuff stolen and not get any customer service whatsoever come to this place.

So far this place is great and the staff are just as great very good price 👍👍

The storage unit it self is good it's well kept for the most part and it's a comfortable place to be most of the employees are very friendly and helpful and I've never had a real issue with any of them before but I have had a issue with this places leasing agreement and it's interesting way of wording things which I've gotten to come to find has allowed them to raise our rent about every 3 months making our rent after about 2 yrs of being there a great deal more then when we first originally got the unit we didn't realize because it said in our lease that they could raise our rent as often and as much as they liked as long as they gave us 30 days notice that it ment they would practice using this little tid bit that seemed so unimportant at first so freely and often so now we have a unit that's a pretty decent amount more costly then we ever intended and it's really very inconvenient to consider having to move out to another storage unit because of the cost becoming more then we would have wanted to have to pay so it puts us in a pretty tight position and so I looked on the BBB site about issues others had tried to seek resolve for through the BBB site and found it to be rather disturbing that when ever anyone had tried to address this issue with this storage that what happened was they then raised the peoples rental amount to a very high amount one that was almost insane to expect anyone to pay for a storage unit but since they gave a 30 day notice it's allowed. So due to that information I found I had to decide it's not worth it at this time to even try to go up to bat against them about the crazy high amount our rent is now and so if your on a fixed income or your not in a situation where your going to be able to handle a regular raise in your rent amount then I would recommend finding a different option for storage just to save yourself time and lots of money and wish I was aware of this slimy little trick that they have found to use pretty easily to make more money then I would have never even thought twice about getting a unit here so I hope this helps anyone who's thinking about getting a unit here if you can avoid it then that's gonna be your best bet especially for your wallet. 💸💸⚠️⚠️

We love the woman here her name is Wendy . We mostly chose this storage place for the amazing deal we got for a large storage unit and because she was so nice . Im sadly giving less than good stars because the company decided to raise the rate by 100 dollars without any warning after only being in the unit 4 months . We weren’t in Seattle so we couldn’t move any of our things . We were so sad about it .

I used to think this place was great. I had even recommend it to my partner - we joked that we had His and Hers storage units. NOT ANYMORE! He's trying to close his unit out today and but Tia, who is currently working there, is really unprofessional and difficult to work with. She spent long periods of time away from the office (first for lunch which is totally understandable but when we came back to look for her again, we waited 45 minutes and we weren't able to find her even after doing a round). When I got back, I called to ask for confirmation that the lock was removed she refused to walk back to the unit and check meaning he has to drive back to the facility. I'll be closing my account out after this interaction as well.

Henry was polite, helpful and gave me great input on what I might need and what to consider to make the rental space safe and convenient. He was very courteous when I came in and he was helping another customer and the same to the next customer that came in while I was securing my rental. The facility is conveniently located and I got a ground floor unit for a really good price. I'm very happy with my experience so far.

I have used many storage units for many years. Most of which had consistantly poor customer service. This location has been a breathe of fresh air. Wendy and Lutricia are wonderful. Easy to talk to and genuinely friendly and helpful. It luckily also happens to have the besg prices i could find in the area by far, but if i had to pay more here than at some other places, i would without hesitation. The staff and environment absolutely make it more than worth while! Thanks guys! P.S. - Shelby is another terrific employee with amazing customer service etiquette!

Shelbie is the manager at this establishment and I have to say she does a killer job. I came in earlier today just looking for pricing on specifically one kind of unit. We went to go check it out and she said "If what we look at isn't what you're looking for I will look up other Public Storage places in the area and give you some price comparisons of whats available." So we go check out the unit, its exactly what I was looking for and the price was hard to beat.. So I asked if there was another available unit maybe a 10x10 indoor unit for some house items. We went and saw that one, again that was exactly what I was looking for. Shelbie was extremely helpful with finding the units I was looking for and she would go above and beyond for people that aren't her clients to ensure they get the storage unit they are looking for. I appreciate you Shelbie for all that you do!!! #100

Shelbie was GREAT. We had a couple appointments the other day and we called just before closing and she offered to come in early next day if needed. We did get unit next day when our movers truck showed up. Shelbie was very easy to work with and informative. I recommend and pricing was good.

I was looking a self-storage and stopped by to take a tour. Shelbie was the manager on duty and she was very helpful. She showed me different size lockers and she even researched the prices at other nearby Public Storage locations.

I went in to this location searching for a storage unit, I was having a pretty bad day. just kind of pricing units today but I found the girl that helped me at this location I believe her name is (Shelbie) to be very helpful and attentive to my needs in finding a storage solution. She took time to show me all of the options that might fit what I am looking for and even showed me how to use their website to do that same. I dont have allot of experience in searching for storage units but I would say from a customer service standpoint the place was top notch. Hope this is helpful for someone that is looking

they quickly raise the rent on the unit ... in six months raised rate by 30%/month!!! in the past 6 weeks the elevator in the main building has been non-functioning EACH TIME I've visited the unit. they staff says they have ordered repair and the repair happens and then fails within hours ... maybe time for corporate to put a crowbar into their wallet and FIX the DAMN ELEVATOR!

Shelbie in the office was great! She it was a great experience working with her. I own a moving company and go to storage facilities all over the place and she was by far the easiest person to deal with even when complications came up she was able to fix them right away!

I was treated so well by Wendy and Shelbie who work here. Driving 1200 miles trying to make it there by 5pm because of the truck return the next day. They arranged to be available in case I arrived late. Upon arrival the entire process and logistics were smooth, easy and friendly. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for a new costumer!! Shelby helped make a stressful day much less stressful. I received a call from Public Storage yesterday about my not so wonderful lock I chose when renting my space. We were in a hurry and overwhelmed after cleaning our my mom's house and just grabbed a lock. Sure enough I checked on my space and I had not properly locked it up and to make matters worse I could not get my lock to engage after I put it back on. It was closing time but Shelby took the time and helped me purchase a new lock and she even walked back with me to my unit to make sure I had everything I needed to secure it. Shelby went that extra mile of customer service that is very seldom seen today. Thank you Shelby. And a great big shout out to Henry when we rented our unit, you were helpful and patient with me during a chaotic time.

The check in process was very easy and I appreciated that staff were knowledgeable enough to answer all of my questions. I had a good experience signing up for a large storage unit here. Wendy B. knew exactly what to say and do to make the experience as easy as possible and I got a good unit in a quiet area of the compound which made my first load easy to do. Prices seem better than in Seattle and it is not hard to reach. It is also one of the few places I could find with a 10'x30' spot.

I originally thought I was going to a different location with different prices and she gracefully let us look at the correct place but because of her friendliness and genuine nature, we decided to pay the $11 extra for the same size unit with wood flooring instead of concrete. The facilities were also a lot cleaner and more inviting than the other place. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

If I could give this facility zero stars I would. We got a locker last year and haven't had a problem. Someone recently broke into our locker and stole a lot of our stuff. Public storage has been not helpful what so ever. The insurance we were paying for didn't cover anything we had stolen due to the fact we didn't take pictures of everything in our locker. The facility said they would look at the cameras but they have not done that. They also stated we could possibly get a prorated refund back from our locker which they just denied us. Don't waste your money or time. This place is disgraceful and does not have good costumer service at all. The lights in the building also were not working and neither was the elevator.

Staff (Madison and April) is very friendly and helpful, prompt, and clear about storage information and fees. The grounds are nice and clean. Only wish they would prorate rent when moving out of a space, they currently do not. I would definitely recommend this space!

We’ve had our unit for around two months, everything was fine in the beginning. However, for the past couple of weeks the gate has been broken so it’s left open all the time. We asked and they had no idea when it would be fixed. Then, we went to our unit one evening and realized that someone had tried to cut the lock. Luckily they weren’t successful but when we complained to the person working she basically said she didn’t care and it doesn’t happen that often. She said there was nothing she could do because we hadn’t purchased their lock and proceeded to start an argument with my husband. All in all completely unprofessional, we will be moving our stuff as soon as we can.

Public storage here in Edmonds has been fantastic. Both Madison and April make the experience of having our storage a great experience. I recommend to anyone in the area!!

I would give April and Ronnee 10 stars if I could. For me -- in the midst of a challenging move -- their assistance and their helpful suggestions were most welcome. Security and convenient location were my top considerations. When I interviewed the storage facility a short drive down the road from April's, the manager there said that there had been 2 break-ins the week before, and that "they were just part of the business." REALLY? I don't know of any person who would feel secure with that bad attitude! The fact that April and her husband live on-site at this facility, and are always aware of what is going on, made my decision to reserve a storage space here an easy one. It just feels secure. In addition, April & Ronnee were wonderful sources for info on everything local: from where to recycle old magazines to the closest place to rent a moving van. Kudos to both, and many thanks!

I've only done my reservation but April was quick to call me back. I came in the next day to view the unit is was going to rent. I was looking for a 10x10. I'm a little older so she showed me an down stairs I asked the difference between downstairs and upstairs. She was happy to show me. Other than price which I understand there a BIG difference so I chose upstairs. I asked her total move in she informed me of everything that's needed and we talked about items needed to secure my items. I can't wait to do my move in process she went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Thanks April you made me feel like you really care about me and my belongings and not just renting a unit. Lutricia at the Highway 99 Edmonds location stayed late and got me done within 20 min. That was about 17 min after their closing period. Lutricia was incredibly respectful with how prompt she wad and the experience was 5 stars, for sure. I am proud of my decision to go with Public Storage due to this experience. Needed a storage unit and so glad I went to Public Storage. I have known April for several years and felt confident my stuff would be safe and secure with her in charge of the property. She showed me a couple of units and at no time was there any pressure to pick a unit. She asked questions to determine what size would be appropriate for my needs and showed me two units she thought would work best. I went with the 10x10 and all my stuff fit perfectly. She explained the monthly billing process and all the ways to pay your bill. I may be a little biased because I know her husband, but you should feel confident that April has your best intentions in mind while she is on the job. The facility itself was clean and well lit. She knows most customers by name which feels rare in this day and age. They offer moving supplies should you need them and locks for the units. A truly great experience.

April is a blessing in disguise in more ways than one. I needed a unit for my father's belongings, she was so wonderful from the time of the reservation all the way to the move in paperwork. She made my father's unit close to the door for easy accessibility for him. I even didn't lock my unit correctly she called to tell me so I could put my lock on the right way. Then when I came in to change my lock I found out we're related. But before all that she really was very helpful and really does answer my questions and offers to help when she can if I need it. Makes me happy to know some one cares about my father's things being stored here. This is the place to store your belongings.

I would just like to give all the workers credit that I encountered at this location. They were nice and helpful and even when taking a lunch break, they would lend an ear so I could be advised. When I left they let me use a broom and dustpan, one lady employee went on her own investigation when I told her a homeless person had entered when the gate open, how scary for her, and what a loyal worker. I forgot my code once and I was helped. Thank you!
